The HBS Health Industry Conference of the HBS Health Industry Allumni Association is open to all Harvard Business School alumni and spouses, current students, and faculty. We have also extended registration on a first-come first-served basis to alumni of Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, and the John F. Kennedy School of Government. The conference is not open to any other individuals.

Registration closes October 26, 2007. HBS Health reserves the right to close registration before this deadline if the event sells out.
No on-site registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. If received by September 29, 2007, a full refund will be issued. Cancel between September 30-October 26, 2007 and you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 26, 2007. However, registration can be transferred to another HBS graduate who has not registered for the conference.

Parking
There is no parking in the Conference Center garage on Friday. Parking is provided free on Saturday and Sunday.

The following hotels are convenient to the Conference Center at Harvard Medical and have set aside a limited number of rooms at special HBS Health rates until a month before the conference. Due to high demand for Boston hotel rooms for other events during the conference week, we urge you to make reservations as soon as possible. Please advise the hotel of the length of your stay and note hotel terms to avoid extra charges.

If you would like further assistance, we suggest Garber Travel for your travel arrangements. Please note there is a $15 service fee for a hotel or rental car reservation, and a $40 service fee for an airline reservation. Conference participants are responsible for all bookings and charges.
While there is no HBS Health discount, Garber has assisted participants in the past and has been briefed on our needs.
