Registration
The HBS Health Industry Alumni Conference of the HBS Health Industry Alumni Association is open to all Harvard Business School alumni and spouses, current HBS students, and faculty. We have also extended registration on a first-come first-served basis to alumni and current students of Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, and the John F. Kennedy School of Government. The conference is not open to any other individuals.

The Final Conference Innovation Event is included in the conference fee (confirm attendance on the registration form).

Registration closes Thursday, October 29, 2009. HBS Health reserves the right to close registration before this deadline if the event sells out. No on-site registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. If received by October 1, 2009, a full refund will be issued. Cancel between October 2-October 13, 2009 and you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 13, 2009. However, registration can be transferred to another HBS graduate who has not registered for the conference.

Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School and have set aside a limited number of rooms at special HBS Health Industry Alumni Conference rates until October 9, 2009. Due to high demand for Boston hotel rooms for other events during the conference week, we urge you to make reservations as soon as possible, as rooms will sell out.
